I've been doing bathroom makeovers for 19 years. I now offer a fee based "Design Advisory Service"

I can visit you to carry out a detailed survey of your plumbing & electrical systems, house/bathroom layout & structure and discuss your requirements. This can cover the following:-

Removal / strip out of your existing bathroom and the consequences this has on the walls & floors etc
Removing or moving partition walls for extra space
All changes to hot, cold, heating and waste pipes and the consequences on what layout you can - and can't have.
The choices of materials that can, and shouldn't be used, especially in shower / wet areas
Advice on mould control and ventilation
How walls & floors should be tiled and what good tiling looks like

The bathroom advisory service can take anything from 2 hours ( I once had a 5 hour design discussion), so any booked appointment needs to reflect this in your busy schedule.

Electrical Work

For 15 of those years I have also been carrying out general household electrical works that comply to Part P of the Building Regulations. The work I am offering is as follows:-

Electric showers, extractor fan installation, summertime heating for dual fuel towel rails.
New light fittings, switches, replace socket outlets, extra sockets, partial re-wire, new circuits.
New consumer unit, Part P certificate, Electrical Certificate.
