  Removed a wall, changed window to french doors, damp proof, and plastered everywhere.

  The team were punctual and efficient, they would arrive and get straight to work. Their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work has lead to an exceptional finish that we are very happy with. Andy and his team have taken our idea and made it a reality. As we are first time home owners, we were understandably nervous about finding the right person for the job, as you do hear horror stories. But we could not have found better than Andy and team. Andy will tailor your project plan and time frame to suit your individual needs and budget. I 100% recommend these guys to anyone.

  External roof repairs and rendering replacement, plus remediation of internal damp damage

  We retained Andrew and his team to investigate and repair a problem we had with water coming through into a first floor bedroom. They carried out repairs to the roof, replaced rendering and carried out proper remediation works for the internal damage. They were delayed by Coronavirus and bad weather but carried out all the works to a high standard. Andrew was very good at communicating with us and kept us informed at all times. His team always left the site in a clean and tidy state. We would be happy to engage them for any similar work in the future.

  PIV system and air vents

  Andrew came to our house to help us get rid of the mould caused by condensation. He recommended fitting two air vents a extra vent and also a PIV system. From the first day after he fitted everything we no longer had to take all the water off the windows. The humidity dropped from 75% to 45%- 50%- we had many people out to look at our problem and everyone suggested other options and Andrew was the only person that sounded confident it what to suggest and the work shows he knew what he was talking about. Highly recommended

  Chemical damp proof

  Booked to have a chemical damp proof injected as my current damp proof is failing in areas. Turned up on time, very good job, very tidy. Won’t know if it has been completely successful for a while but I’m very satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

  Work to mitigate damp and mould

  Very prompt service. Very helpful advice given about different options including cheaper options that may resolve the problem before paying out for more extensive work that may not be necessary.
