Michael and Ryan were amazing…. Everything from the initial planning and budgeting through to completion was superb. Communication was spot on… they turned up on time 7:30 every morning… and worked tirelessly to complete our garage conversion… and to an incredibly high standard. Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and skilled… would absolutely definitely recommend!!!

Very disappointed with this builder. Cannot comment on any work because never had anything done. Quoted over a year ago and was so relieved to get on the list as really struggled to find builders who most didn’t even reply. Was supposed to start last August but date came and went and had to chase up weeks after. After several excuses finally got hold of him on the phone in October and told me definitely starting in March this year and would ensure fit the radiator in time for winter. Nothing after chasing again and had to get someone else to do it as it was so cold by December. Total timewastr

If it was possible to give Michael 11 out of 10 for everything then we would. His dedication to his trade is second to none. From the first time we met to discuss our build he didn't see our access issues to the rear of the house as a problem. So much so he spent the first couple of days of the build hand-balling 7 tonnes of bricks from our drive to the rear of the house. He project manages, he is organised and he is very respectful that the build is in your house. He also has good vision for how the build will develop and will share ideas with you that could make improvements. Top Class

We’re really happy with the work completed by Michael. The work was completed to a high standard; we were able to have exactly what we wanted with no fuss (we requested a different material for the roof and this was no issue). Michael also ensured the utility building had correct drainage and no longer drained under the building(!) by doing extra jobs. He also took away the waste from when we’d cleared the room - a huge help. He was extremely polite and kept us updated as we were at work during the building process. We used CBS for our floor joists previously and would now use no one else!
