From the initial phone call with Chris to Zak and Will completing the job the following day, everything was very professional, very organised, very friendly and I honestly can't fault the lads or the job. The kit used (Mitsubishi) is top notch. Were they the cheapest quote? No, but they were still very competitive, and sometimes paying an extra few quid to get a way better service is the only way to go. They're a small firm, so you are guaranteed a personal service rather than just some call centre passing your job onto a subby. 10 out of 10. If you need aircon these are the boys.

Phoned Chris on Monday, and by 1700 Tuesday evening I had a brand new Mitsubishi air con unit fitted in my bedroom. Amazing as it is currently 37 degrees. Honestly I wasn't expecting to get it fitted for weeks if i was lucky, so Chris, Zak and Will pulled it out the bag and got it fitted less than 24 hours after the initial phone call. Work 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Kit used 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 Banter 10/10 Price 10/10 Overall I can't fault the company or Zak and Will who came to install it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them or recommend to friends in the future.

From the very start Chris was supportive and informative, he was able to explain all our options to us and work with us to get the best solution. The work was completed to a very high standard and whilst Chris was pricey than the other quote, we had more trust in what he could provide and we weren’t disappointed, highly recommend Chris and his team.

Unlike some other installers Chris made time to carry out a site visit before installation then we agreed an installation date. We were very impressed with the care Chris and Zak took to ensure that the installation was as neat as it could be. They even offered to provide a discount when some plaster came away, despite making every effort to stop this. We have asked Complete Climate to provide a quote for our loft conversion bedroom that other (national) installers said could not be done.

Attention to detail was faultless. A difficult air conditioning problem was solved with ease and without fuss. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants air conditioning work carried out. They are friendly and highly skilled in what they do.

A small company - earning a warm thank you from Angela & Tony here in South Wales. Once, having been impressed with the extensive knowledge and expertise of our servicing engineer, we contracted the new company to replace the essential elements of our aged and faulted ASHP system. Chris and the team took delivery of the new unit on site and carried out the installation, pipework and commissioning work in a very efficient, competent fashion and in a cheerful and polite manner, all within a couple of days. A breath of fresh air and thoroughly recommended!
