We cannot fault the professional and quality service provided by Mike, the owner, and his team. Mike's communication throughout and after the work was completed was excellent. There was a minor issue a couple of weeks after the work had been completed and paid for, but Mike remained prompt in responsiveness, and got it rectified very quickly. This is the second time we’ve had work done by Mike and his excellent team, I’ve also recommended them to others. Every step along the way is professional and of a high standard. Even the guys who removed the old windows were incredibly quick and efficient. From start to finish couldn't recommend Complete Conservatories enough to justify their expert workers and manager Mike. Thank you so much Mike, Rhys, John and Jamie and the bricklayers. Completed an absolutey excellent service. We are delighted with our new Lean-to/Orangery. If anyone thinking of getting any work done in this field, you won't be disappointed. Mike the owner came out to measure. He was polite and professional. He took his shoes off when he came into the house. He went through what I wanted with each window ie style, colour of frame, handle etc. His fitter Rhys was also very professional. He was always polite to my husband and I. He worked hard and we would recommend both Mike and Rhys to anyone. The people who came to remove the rubbish and old windows were good too. We had an old conservatory taken down and a new one built with a roof and dwarf wall. The quality of finish is excellent and we are pleased. Communication was good and the workers were pleasant and did a good job. We had 3 quotes and this one was the best value. My only slight negative is there were a few delays between stages partly due to weather but also availability of sub contractors. Overall would highly recommendVerified reviewerJob location: WA10
