Terrible finish on ikea wardrobe and then ignored
Overall I had a very poor experience with my built in Ikea wardrobe which was left in a terrible state having been ghosted by Leroy on watsapp despite him promising to come and amend the shoddy work. The job required building a chipboard base that was level using packers then using a bit of MDF trim either side to ‘fill in’ the space between the wardrobe and the wall. Not a particularly complicated job and one that my carpenter could have done but I wanted someone to do it end to end, saving me the hassle of having to coordinate two guys (my carpenter doesnt build ikea). I cannot praise Leroy enough, he came on very short notice after I was let down by another company and did a marvellous job !!
