  Fault Finding

  Find a fault with Velux windows, fix ventilation, install 2 wall lights and add a wire plate

  Turned up in time and quickly fixed the ventilation issue (unit had to be replaced, roof cover had been blown off so they even went on the roof to fix). Wall lights correctly installed. Did not find a fault with the Velux so suggested we got in touch with the manufacturer and they would come back (which they did not confirm afterwards, despite chasing by email). Clearly some problems in communication as the last job (easiest) was to replace the switches with a wiring plate (no live cables) but instead, the last guy just put the switches plate back on (which I could have done).
