  Repair to tiled roof

  They inspected the job fully and quoted £320. Part-way through they told me it was now £600 due to extra work which was always visible but they said wasn't included in quote 2 days before. As they were part way in I felt I couldn't send them away and get another quote. I asked how much work was involved and was told "most of the day" for 2 workers. I reluctantly agreed. They then did it in 3 hours total and were gone by 12.30, but not before they tried to sell me another £400 worth of work. My £320 job was cleverly turned into £600, for 6 man-hours and a bit of cement.

  When I first arrived at the property I was asked to inspect a leak in the valley above his bathroom I put the ladder up and took some photos and it was clear the customer had the valley repaired before but not correctly when I started the work I was asked to check the rest of the roof so I did and I took photos and showed as I always do it was clear the previous roofer had only skimmed the sides of the valleys and ridgetiles I gave a quote and it was accepted I even cleaned the moss from the front roof tiles at no extra cost and cleared out the gutters no payment was taken until all the work had been completed and photos of all the work that was carried out had been shown it was then I was told that they was happy with everything that had been done I have tried to contact the customer to rectify anything that they wasn't happy with but haven't got a response

  Replacing ridges, soffits, fascias, some lead and other repairs to make the roof sound

  Repair to house exterior due to leak comin in house

  Needed gutter fixing and a leak fixing which was causing water to run inside the living room. After they completed a days work which cost me £800, water was still overflowing from the gutter and coming in the living room. It was as though nothing had been done.

  The leak is coming from where we repaired and we spoke to the customer and explained we was coming back so I don't understand why you have made this feedback

  Leaking roof repaired

  Very prompt in responding to give a quote. Talked me carefully through what would need doing and why and offered a reasonable price. Quick to get the work done, kept me informed throughout and always very friendly, courteous and tidy :) Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
