Louis did an excellent job fitting our new kitchen, he sorted out all the different trades needed to do the job, he found numerous problems which he overcame. He fixed various leaks we had which could have been disastrous if not sorted out. His attention to detail is brilliant, he left our kitchen tidy after he finished the work, he was punctual, reliable and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone. Our kitchen is totally amazing!

Louis completed our en-suite bathroom refit in December 2019. Louis was very helpful on the initial quotation and provided useful suggestions. When finalising the details over email closer to the start of the work, Louis was a bit slow to reply but always did so in the end. However when Louis completed the work he did so within the agreed time frame and to a very high standard. We appreciated that he kept the bathroom and other rooms used as clean as possible while the work was carried out. The work was completed within the price agreed. We would recommend Louis to others.

This is the second time we have used Louis. This job consisted of a few maintenance works around the house - fixing and planing a door, fixing some loose tiles in the kitchen, changing the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Just like his previous work, Louis was personable and very industrious. He completed the work in the time agreed and left the house spotless after. Just like his previous job, he was excellent and I would and have recommended him to friends and colleagues.

Louis started early and worked late to help us get everything done that we asked for, despite it being a lot to squeeze in. It all looks great, he was polite and friendly, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the week. Will definitely be contacting him for any future work and recommending to friends and family.

Again, another brilliant bit of work from Louis, he came to replace a bath tap for me and was excellent from start to finish, it didn't take him long and he left everything as he found it.

CHM fitted a thermostatic mixer with overhead drencher, over an existing bath, tiled the bath area, fitted a shower screen and replaced a damaged wash basin. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. From the stage of quoting to completing the work Louis was always on time, and was responsive to questions. The work took about 9 hours divided over two days. All rubbish was removed and the work area left clean and tidy on completion. Would recommend for plumbing jobs in the home.
