Rat Issue in our Downstairs flat
I cannot rate Ian highly enough. We had a very complicated rat problem as we live in the downstairs flat of a Victorian terrace and they were somehow getting into the ceiling void (between us and upstairs). However, Ian was 100% committed to helping us solve our issue and visited 5-6 times to help us get there. Ian initially does a survey of your property to identify a plan of action and provides an upfront quote depending on the work to be done. The whole process was extremely transparent and thorough. Having a rat issue can be very stressful but Ian always assured us that we would find the solution (which we did). I would 100% recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: SW18RJoseph PResponse from Complete Pest Control
