Been having a few issues with what I thought was a damp problem after another company came and told me it was rising damp. After complete plastering visited the technician was very thorough and told me it was condensation not rising damp, this was a massive relief to be told. I had evidence of damp and they came quickly and investigated and identified that DPC needed plus offered to put in thermal panels. The work was done on time and was done really well. I was also really impressed with the communication from Sophie in particular as well as Josh and the team in the office - really good customer service experience and would highly recommend their services !

Recently had Josh and his team do some damp proofing to our full downstairs on a property we just purchased and I’m so glad I found these guys to do the job, the work was absolutely flawless, they arrived on time every day and didn’t leave any mess when they were leaving at the end of each day. Complete plastering , allowed 2 days to carry out repairs. Laid down protective materials on our laminate flooring then overlaid covering materials for the debris. Explained the route cause and pointed out the wall once old material removed. Coordinated with other trades on time. Very polite staff and very honest. Following a survey from josh the owner I was lucky to get a cancelled appt so they started the job within a few days and I have to say Josh runs a very slick ship! I had 3 different skilled tradespeople come on 3 consecutive days, they all came exactly when they said they would, were really pleasant and respectful of myself and my property and tidied up after themselves! I am so happy with the quality of the job and would thoroughly recommend! The other 2 quotes were more expensive but the reason I chose Josh is that it was apparent he knew what he was talking about! Excellent customer service and quick response. Josh recommended additional advice before starting the work. The plaster was removed with care and attention and this was carried out as cleanly as possible. The next day the plastering was completed to a high standard and Josh also arranged for the removed skirting board to be matched and replaced. We had been having trouble with damp slowly climbing the walls so contacted Josh. He gave us a reasonable quote for the job and explained exactly what the cause was and what they would do. Although extremely busy they came round within a few weeks and did an excellent job. The lads were punctual, hard working, friendly, cleaned up each day and did a top class job. Over 60 feet of damp proofing and plastering was completed in three days with the replacement of radiators and removal of skip a couple of days later. I highly recommend this company. I know I have another job for them next year.
