Came and did the job (new gutters) no problem, but then when they all started leaking (came with 10 year guarantee, which proved to be useless!) Trade promised to come and fix, but never showed with no message. Eventually he'd apologise, rearrange, then not turn up again (after we would wait in, take days off etc). This happened 3 times, and then he stopped answering the phone or responding to messages. Avoid.

1st day made mega dust,2 men 1 grinder ,minimal old mortar removed,spoke to mark,who assured us he would sort. Fair enough,next day much more productive,happy with chimney,acceptable amount rebated.mortar replacement poor standard, red and grey sand used,so mismatch of colour,not filled and others untidy. Dave attempted to clean up, with hosepipe,not the promised jet wash, no impression on dust & dropped mortar,it took major work by us to reinstate to clean.No reply to email,so texted,said on holiday,arranged a date to inspect,never showed.(had used for soffits,happy so used again mistake)

My gutter Monday night decided to fall off and come through my conservatory roof it was an old cast iron one that had been on since the house was first built and knew it needed immediately replacing. I honestly can’t thank this team enough from the start they was friendly, the quote was reasonable priced, they didn’t pressure you into a job and let you decide and once decided they came two days later. The team was friendly explained everything they was doing, very polite. The quality is fantastic and it comes with a 10 year guarantee. I couldn’t recommend these enough. I am more than happy.

Rang for a quote and Mark visited the same day to provide quote. Agreed to the work straight away as-well as date for works to start. Mark and team arrived promptly and completed the works in a timely manner.

Nathan came and gave me a very good quote which we gave him the go a head with straight away. Nathan and his team came and got the flat roof done with no issues at all. Left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
