Roofline Replacement
Had fantastic, extremely professional, service from start to finish. And the price was very fair and competitive. Lee and Dillan were professional polite and kept me informed as to what was happening. So glad we decided to use CSM. The fascia’s look amazing, thank you so much :)

Replace guttering and soffits and also replace flat roof

Complete Roofline - fascias, soffits, down-pipes, gutters, dry-verges, and dry ridges.
Complete Service Maintenance Ltd. Was chosen to undertake the work because the company offered 10 year workmanship guarantees (both company-backed and insurance-backed) and was able to supply both the type and configuration of rainwater goods required. During installation, a construction anomaly (with my roof) was discovered, and rectified by the contractor at no extra charge, which was a very nice touch. Practically all of the work was completed on time, but, a very small, and weather-dependent, aspect of the dry-ridge installation, took longer to complete than I would have liked.
