  Internal decorating of hallway, stairs, landing, kitchen and front door.

  I hired Complete Support Group Ltd through Checkatrade for internal decorating. The individual who carried out the work appeared to be a labourer rather than an experienced decorator, and his conduct throughout was unprofessional. The workmanship was poor, with numerous defects including paint runs, poor cutting-in, inadequate preparation, missed areas and paint on floors and fixtures. I gave the company opportunities to rectify the work but ultimately lost confidence in their ability to complete it to a professional standard. I cannot recommend this company.

  Deep, with all due respect we 2 different tradespeople, it was evident that you pointed out no issues until it came to payment, we then sent somebody else out you and your family verbally abused the member of staff where they did not feel safe to stay and do any work, we have all the before and after videos of the work completed, you were just after a free service, I would advise any tradesperson to avoid this individual as they want work done but do not pay

  I was very pleased with the service provided by CSSG UK. The team was professional, friendly, and arrived on time as agreed. They explained the work clearly before starting, completed everything to a high standard, and paid attention to detail throughout. They left the area clean and tidy when the job was finished, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend CSSG UK to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship and would happily use them again in the future.

  We've been extremely pleased with the cleaning service provided for our block of flats. The team is always punctual, friendly, and professional, and they consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the communal areas. The entrance, hallways, stairwells, and bin areas are always left looking clean, tidy, and well cared for. They pay attention to the small details, are reliable, and communicate well whenever needed. Their work has made a real difference to the appearance of our building, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. We would highly recommend them to anyone
