Replaced windows and doors
The whole process was amazing, they couldnt be more helpful. These guys really care that you're happy with their work, that is so rare these days. If you want true customer satisfaction buy from Complete Window Systems.

Replacement doors
We have used CWS a few times over the years and will definitely be using again. Very professional from start to finish, would not hesitate recommending CWS.

New aluminium windows and doors in refurbished property.
Quality of the windows was good but there were some large delays and it was hard to get information from them without chasing, ultimately seeing delays of 6 weeks versus the 2 weeks indicated. Invoices were sent for much higher amounts than agreed almost every time. Some issues with installation which took up to 3 months to have resolved. Any complaint was met with threats to cancel orders and personal attacks in two instances from Fred, I have never experienced anything like it. He was defensive and ultimately abusive despite the transaction having the ability to end amicably.

New bifold door and upvc window installed
The company was very efficient, friendly and organised to deal with. The day of installation 2 men came and both worked non stop in the rain and eventual dark, working until 7pm to complete installation. They took time to explain how the door worked and were conscientious ensuring I was happy with the installation and how tidy they were. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very friendly and courteous family run business. Excellent quality product and fast and efficient installation by a couple of lovely guys. All at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again next time I need new windows. Can’t fault them. Thank you all very much.

3 double glazing units replaced
Everyone at the company we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Windows were measured up, made, and installed in under 2 weeks. Very professional service and a reasonable price.
