Having carried out a box-gutter repair to our conservatory, as promised John followed up to ensure that the repair resolved the water ingress issue. At that time he identified an additional concern with part of the guttering. This required some new fixing brackets which he ordered and then fitted, making for a further long-lasting repair. The cost for this being primarily the brackets. He was as good as his word in ensuring a resolution to our problem. At all times he exhibited a friendly, skilled and professional manner resulting in our total satisfaction.

John came just a couple of hours after my request and did the repair really quickly and efficiently. He also fixed my front door which was misaligned even though that wasn’t on my original request, and was extremely helpful.

Communication from John was excellent from the initial enquiry through to installation. He guided me clearly through the survey and design stage and was very accommodating by delaying the fitting until my new kitchen was finished. On installation day, John arrived on time, let me view the doors beforehand, and got straight to work. He fitted both doors with no mess, no fuss, and showed great attention to detail. His workmanship is outstanding. The finished doors are beautiful, we are delighted with them. I would highly recommend John at Composite Door Company Glasgow.
