Very good service every thing was explained would recommend 100%

Hinges on 8 year old laptop broke and thought that I would have to buy a new laptop. Ryan advised that he could either carry out the repair using OEM parts or he could try an "in house" repair. Opted for the in house option which was carried out quickly and efficiently and was very cost effective. He also identified an issue with the touchpad during the repair which was rectified all within the original quoted price. Ryan is efficient, friendly and advises all of the various options available without pushing the most expensive option. Will be going back to Comprep again in the future.

I found Ryan to be a really nice friendly chap when we met in person and he was always very prompt to respond via all means of contact - both electronic and by phone, and he kept all his promises - pleasure to do business with. My most recent use of Comprep's services was to supply and fit a new laptop battery, which worked perfectly. Many thanks Ryan!
