Very thorough did what had to be done to a very high standard and to my satisfaction at a very price that I could afford to pay he did everything to get the computer up to the new windows level that I needed as old and should have been replaced but now has new lease of life thanks to him as computer was to be scraped

He was very prompt and efficient. Has installed a mesh network to vastly improved Wi-Fi speed and range. Also fixed software problems with laptop.
