We engaged Chris to undertake repairs to an internal wall which had cracks in the rooms on both sides. From the outset Chris was very assuring and knowledgeable. He and his team turned up when they promised, the project went to plan, and both sides of the wall were stripped back, EML sheets were fixed in place, and the walls were replastered. The work was very well organised, everyone knew their roles, and the site was kept as clean as possible. Work was completed on time and to budget. We can thoroughly recommend Chris and Concept.

Chris came to us to install a new window and we could not be happier. He was upfront and communicative about costs and timelines, he stayed on top of suppliers and let us know how they were getting on, he arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the work to a high standard. Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely use Concept again if we have future building work.

Excellent communication and quality of work completed

After me choosing the door design from various catalogues, Chris and his Concept team got straight to work ordering it, then when delivered, installing it, keeping me regularly posted along the way. However, I was unhappy with the short leverage of the delivered door’s internal locking mechanism. Despite several efforts by Chris to make it open any easier, then chasing the manufacturers to replace it, Chris replaced it himself. Initially temporarily, then permanently. In doing so, I felt he went the extra mile to get what the customer wanted, whilst keeping me informed of progress throughout.

Chris and his team done an excellent job. Great communication and really tried hard to make things as smooth as possible. Chris helped me keep my washing machine as long as possible even though it was in the way, but would do what he could to help me while the building works was happening. Definitely will be using Chris again and highly recommended!
