After placing the job Chris contacted me soon after. He talked me quickly, clearly and efficiently though the process. There was no pressure selling. On the day of the job Chris arrived on time. He accessed the issue in person and gave me an update on findings. They left for a short time to gather the items required to fix the issue and promptly returned. The work was done quickly with minimal disruption, any mess was tidied away before they left.

Chris is a carpenter of the highest calibre. Professional, organised, and an excellent communicator, he consistently delivers work to an exceptionally high standard. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail are evident in everything he does, drawing on decades of experience in the trade. He has an excellent manner with clients, combining a calm, authoritative approach with genuine professionalism and courtesy. We engaged Chris to undertake repairs to an internal wall which had cracks in the rooms on both sides. From the outset Chris was very assuring and knowledgeable. He and his team turned up when they promised, the project went to plan, and both sides of the wall were stripped back, EML sheets were fixed in place, and the walls were replastered. The work was very well organised, everyone knew their roles, and the site was kept as clean as possible. Work was completed on time and to budget. We can thoroughly recommend Chris and Concept.

Chris came to us to install a new window and we could not be happier. He was upfront and communicative about costs and timelines, he stayed on top of suppliers and let us know how they were getting on, he arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the work to a high standard. Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely use Concept again if we have future building work.
