Mark responded promptly to my initial enquiry, and came round to quote for the work as soon as we were available. His advice and experience were helpful and made it easy to go with him for the work - which he was able to fit in within a couple of days. Mark carried out the work swiftly and efficiently, and tidied up after himself. We now have working lights in our kitchen - thank you, Mark! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
