We had blinds installed within a year ago with this company, the material/roller blinds are already starting to frey in some of the rooms and the roller mechanism has broken on one about 6 weeks ago. We contacted the company via email and phone and initially they said they would send a new mechanism out, but as of the last 5 weeks there has been no correspondence despite daily phone calls and WhatsApp messages to the company. I am not sure is this company is still even operating, The phone is ringing through but nobody answers or replies to voicemails

This is just a completely inaccurate version of events.
Blind fixed free of charge, replacement offered free of charge DESPITE THE FACT THEY HAD BROKEN IT THROUGH MIS-TREATING THE BLIND.
Informed the part would take a while to come in.
