We had our driveway and patio cleaned and re-sanded and the service from Ben at concept cleaning was impeccable. From start to finish Ben was informative and very professional, we had some old stains that he managed to get out so we are super happy as know there is never a guarantee for satins. We would highly recommend concept cleaning and will be using them for our render clean next.

I employed Concept to clean moss killer stains off my drive. They told me they had chemicals that could remove anything. The stains were not removed Their blue hose melted on my four year old drive leaving blue plastic marks all over it. Ben said he had a chemical that would remove these it did not, they are still there There was a large oil mark on my drive which was not there before Ben came, he said it was nothing to do with him but CCTV clearly shows that it happened when he threw a machine that blew sand on to the drive. All the above was recorded on CCTV

This is the first time I have used Concept Cleaning and Property Maintenance but it will certainly not be the last. My extensive patio and all the flag-stoned paths around the house have never looked so clean and fresh, and I am truly delighted with the result. All done without any fuss or input from me. The whole job was completed on the day promised and there was no mess left. The garden looks wonderful as a result, off-set as it is by the bright and pristine stones which surround it. A very good efficient job and one that I will certainly be having done again in the future.
