Bryan & his team did a great job from start to finish. They were professional and reliable. Peter &Jamie were hardworking& Lee's tiling was excellent—even by my standards, and I'm really fussy! Bryan & Kieran kept the whole project running smoothly, providing technical expertise while making sure everything was completed to a high standard. Bryan did an amazing job on our downstairs bathroom floor. Communication was good throughout, & any questions or changes were dealt with quickly & professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryan & his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder

Very happy with the work Bryan and his team have done to demolish and rebuild a garage plus build a new front porch. Came in absolutely on budget, no surprises, and both Bryan and his team could not have been nicer to work with. Highly recommended.

We hired Concept to convert our garage into a single-storey extension with an open-plan kitchen/living area, an additional room, and a downstairs bathroom. Brian and his team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled throughout the entire project. They managed everything from foundations and brickwork to plumbing, electrics, kitchen and bathroom installation, and finishing, all to a very high standard. The build ran smoothly, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. We are extremely pleased with the results and would happily recommend Brian and the Concept team to anyone.

2nd time we have used Concept Infrastructure Limited and Bryan and the team were great again. They worked with us to minimise the impact of the works as we co.pleted our 2 storey wrap around extension. Changes were made during the build which they accommodated and suggested Improvments throughout. Will be using again as we continue to create our perfect family home.

Bryan has been fantastic to work with along with his team. They have been very easy to communicate with and all the work has been done to a really high level (despite us having a few change of minds along the way!) We look forward to using them again for sure!

Bryan and his team have just finished our project, 3 small rooms and an old conservatory turned into an extension to create one open plan space as well as the rear of a garage converted to a utility & shower room. They were brilliant & I would highly recommend them.
