  From initial consultation right through to completion of the installation, excellent communication, advice and support. Family run company. Installation designed specifically to our needs to include burglar alarm , cctv with mobile monitoring. Professional, tidy clean workmanship throughout. I think Concepts strength is their customer facing approach , before , during and since completion. Always there at the end of the phone with advice, reassurance and full maintenance back up. No hesitation in recommending Concept Security South for all security installations.

  An extremely professional company

  I was recommended by a good friend to use Concept Security. I wanted a complete home security system installed including cctv. From the very start the customer service was extremely professional and the installation was carried out to a very high standard, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care they took of my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Concept Security to anyone who is looking for a professional company to install a home security system.

  Charlie was brilliant from the quote to undertaking the work. Nothing too much trouble and he made sure that everything was to my liking. I'm very pleased with the work carried out and would strongly recommend his services. Worked very clean and tidy too.

  Installation of alarm system

  Both Charles and Ross are great guys able to provide lots of advice on the best system to fit. The work was completed at very short notice for a reasonable price. Clear instruction were given on how to use the system and option for upgrading it
