  Flood Repair- ceilings, floors, plastering, fitting kitchen/bathroom, painting -THE WORKS!!

  I cant quite put into words how utterly wonderful this company are. They saved us from a deep, dark well we were stuck in, defencelessly losing a battle with an Insurance company. They are competent and knowledgeable about all the tricks people/companies pull and full of hope always that it will be ok. They were punctual, reliable, personable and so friendly! The work completed is immaculate! The precision and attention to detail is brilliant and all with a friendly smile! I cant recommend this company enough, they are guardian angels wanting to help! Dont hesitate to use them!!

  Replace laminate ate flooring and redecorate walls and ceiling following a water leak

  The work was carried out by Ben and Rob who were obviously very experienced and also very pleasant to deal with. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Plus they always made sure they cleared up each day.

  Im very pleased with the service provided by Concept. The Director Colin and colleagues were very professional and kept me fully informed. Colin always had time to explain the next steps and helped take the burden off dealing with all the insurers. He also managed to get the work done quite quickly. The place looks so lovely I would highly recommend Concept who go over and above to help you and make sure you are happy.

  Water Leak Detection

  Finding source of leak, advising me how to proceed and dealing with the insurance to recoup costs.

  I was so happy to find this company as I had been abandoned by the insurance company who told me I needed to use a Track&Trace service which I'd never even heard of. When I spoke to this company I immediately felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and that they could help me solve the leak problem. They advised me on the various options and the best course of action and the costs involved, the best of which was that they can deal with the insurance company and that their fee would be covered by the insurance company. This gave me peace of mind and reassurance.
