I had a tricky flooring job I needed doing. 3 different levels but i was determined to have it flush. Was told by numerous other tradespeople it wasn't possible. One told me to move house instead. As soon as I met Connor, I knew he was the right person. They were punctual, professional and tidy. No mistakes, everything correct to the millimetre. Just how we want it.

Connor came to redo our bathroom. Briefly put, they took out our bathroom furniture, took our tiles off, took some of the existing plaster off and then left and never returned to do any work. We have been left with bare plaster on the walls and no working bathroom furniture. My wife is heavily pregnant and they have left us with no shower, no bathroom and a complete mess throughout the house. On top of this they kept £1,995 even though they only worked on site 2 days. They refuse to provide proof of costs. They knew how delicate our situation is. We are devastated.

Couldn't be any happier. Turned up bright and early and did a superb job. Extremely helpful beforehand with some good advice on tile selection etc. Did a beautiful job and snagged a few bits and pieces left behind by previous workmen. Neat and tidy with no mess for us to clear up afterwards. All work completed to a high standard. An absolute credit to Checkatrade and highly recommended.

Great couple of lads, gave very professional advice and a fair price for the work. Completely stripped the bathroom, took it back to brick and replastered to a very high standard, then installed and tiled the new bathroom. They communicated very professionally throughout, keeping me updated on progress and we were extremely pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend them for work.

Super happy with my bathroom thank you Concur! Concur were extremely professional and helpful from the get go. They offered advice and guidance which was appreciated as their expertise were very much welcomed. They were polite, tidy and communication was on point. The bathroom is beautiful and the workmanship a very high standard. I will not go anywhere else now!
