Tom fitted our whole house with shutters, excellent value for money and excellent attention to detail

I ending up going to Shutters, first experience of Tom was polite, and helpful. Then Covid-19 happened and it all changed. Continually chasing, dates / times moving. I ordered and paid a deposit for 5 shutters and two perfect blinds, in February. After months of chasing and dates changing Tom turned up to install, 4 shutter. They were put in and he was clean and tidy, but there was magnetic strips missing, they don’t line up and the cork has gaps in it. I keep chasing him, he moves dates and when you ring he replies please text me but fails to reply. Very poor.
