We were experiencing problems with reception of certain terrestrial channels. Mark arrived on time, electronically analysed our signal, and diagnosed the problem. After getting onto the roof he adjusted our aerial towards a much stronger signal. Before leaving he reset both our TVs, and checked the results. He did a great job, and in the week since his visit our reception has been faultless. If you have problems with your TV reception, I cannot recommend Mark more highly.

The tradesman rang with a quote within the hour, and arranged to do the work the following day. He arrived on time, was friendly, helpful and professional. The job was finished in a timely and tidy manner. I would highly recommend this tradesman.
