neil came and diagnosed fault and rectified it when other people could not , he is very professional , honest and above all extremely good at his job i would highly recommend him jus brilliant service i cant thank him enough

Work carried out exactly as required and on time. A subsequent water leak was promptly dealt with. Maybe someday they'll return the pen they borrowed to write the invoice? :)

Great workmanship, on time and really friendly, explained what work was being carried out.

From initial contact, to completion, both the service provided and communication were excellent throughout. Each stage of the repair was explained, which gave me a better understanding of why the problem occurred and what to look out for in future. All in all a very positive experience from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to friends and family.

Great from the start! Quick response over the App and came out two days later found the problem then came out the next day and completed the work! Great price as well!

They arrived on time and kept me informed of their findings. Completed the job efficiently and tidied up after themselves. There is an issue with the boiler and as it is still under guarantee they contacted Baxi for me and have arranged for someone to come out in a couple of days time. I feel they went above and beyond what I expected today and I am very happy to recommend them to everyone.
