Richard and Kieran are an absolute delight. They immediately filled me with confidence about the work that needed doing, having had a bad experience with another tradesperson. Richard and Kieran were polite, patient (having talked me through the installation condition report) and friendly, whilst all the time remaining professional. The work they carried out was excellent and to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble for them.
