I have to say the customer service from Jim and his colleague Mario was exceptional today. Connect Roofing replaced our main roof three years ago and we couldn't be happier with the way in which that work was conducted. Today I discovered an unrelated problem on a separate flat roof where the flashing connecting this extension roof to the wall of the main house had pulled away from the wall and was therefore exposing us to a very high risk of moisture and damp getting into the fabric of the property. Jim replied straight away and came round to check the roof the straight away. He then had a team on site within a few days and kept me informed of the issues and options. Jimmy and his team replaced our roof in just two days, working quickly to avoid disruption and to complete the job whilst conditions remained dry. Having completed an excellent job on our roof late last year, Connect Roofing returned recently to complete the painting of the new soffit and fascia they had previously installed. Jim had always promised to come back and complete the work when the weather allowed. The guys who came to do the painting arrived on time and completed the work in very good time.
