Outstanding work from James (and his team) - Really difficult total bathroom re-fit in a house that has all sorts of problems. We discussed in detail with James during the discovery of many obstacles in the house structure what to do. James is ultra clear in his communications and design decisions. Clearly the work is first class and we are over the moon with the dramatic improvements. But I think the thing that really stands out for me is the care, attention and professionalism James brings to his business. He really takes the time to explain options and get the best results.

Very pleased to have had Conrad Designer Bathrooms to renew our family bathroom. James gave us lots of time and attention in the design and was so easy to work with. He then meticulously project managed the works which went extremely smoothly, on schedule and stress free for us. He checked on every important detail before proceeding. The finished bathroom is perfect and that's saying something as I'm very fussy on detail. It's also noteworthy that James supported us six months after the works, phoning Mira service dept to correct Mira's unit supply mistake. We've already recommended to friends

James came up with a stunning design for our bathroom. The organisation of product deliveries and other trades all ran like clockwork. The job was very complicated and there where a number of hurdles that the team needed to over come to achieve the required finish. We where very impressed with the amount of forward thinking given even to the smallest detail. James was able to visualise every detail leading to a fantastic finish once everything had been installed. We would strongly recommend the team to anyone.

James and his team were fantastic to work with. Came with great design ideas and discussed pros and cons of different options. Absolutely meticulous workmanship and left the house spotless every day before finishing. Total fit too slightly longer than the planned time but mainly due to a made to order glass shower wall, which enabled us to fit a monsoon shower and maximise overall space. I would highly recommend Conrad Designer Bathrooms to others.

James and his team were very professional and exceptionally hard workers. James had some great ideas on how to make the most of the space in our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the result. James and his crew were chosen with great reviews. There was a lot of work to do in a limited amount of time with some great suggestions in terms of design as well as quality manufacturers we could use. They always were courteous and tidied up each evening and the level of workmanship was fantastic. Any problems or queries he was quick to try and resolve them. Our only feedback would be, sometimes he should ask more questions on the specifics of how we would like something done rather have to change minor things later on, could be down to our communication too. Would recommend and use again.
