  Repainting bathroom ceiling due to paint water damage

  Friendly guy, work seems good. There was a bit of paint streaks on the ground after, but I was able to clean it up. Guy seemed friendly when he came by. Inspecting the paint it looked good, however, it quickly became clear he did not pay attention to his affect on the rest of the room. There were paint streaks all over the bathroom as well as on equipment leading to bathroom. Furthermore, he nicked the lower wall and door when moving his equipment in. I didn't notice this until he left. I showed him pictures and he kept saying he would come by but it's been 2 months now and still nothing.

  Master Bedroom Painting

  Out of the 3 painters, I had Constantin for my contract. Started off polite, half way through contract things got HEATED. End result not what I expected for the amount of money paid, pictures that were taken were very selectively taken of the good areas and avoided bad areas. Caught redhanded charging one price for paint, got from another place for cheaper, pocketing the difference, no reciepts. Profile says company has been trading for over 5 years, but the (owner/) painter I had told me he started when he got fired from teaching during the pandemic. That's not 5 years. Will not hire again.

  I encountered significant difficulties with this customer. Dealing with extreme mood swings, our interactions ranged from satisfaction to sudden accusations within just a day. Despite challenges, I persevered for four days, facing unpredictable behavior. On the third day, he surprised me with a friend posing as HMRC official attempting to intimidate and alter a previously agreed-upon arrangement. Eventually, we parted ways amicably, and he expressed satisfaction by settling the remaining balance. While challenging, completing the job to my accustomed quality was crucial to me

  Redecoration of four rooms

  Constantin overcame various problems with working on an old house with creativity and made some wonderful suggestions on colour. He worked hard and kept things tidy.
