Constantin laid a levelling screed over three rooms apx 75m sq to resolve the uneven floor Then an LVT herringbone pattern was laid throughout - his attention to detail led to a precise installation with perfect edges and precise alignment. We are sure this has increased our property value as he did such a good job over a challenging brief. Would recommend his services .

An excellent experience with Constantin. He fitted our hall kitchen and dining area with LVT herringbone. He put a plywood base down first. Quite a complex job with lots of nooks and crannies. Helpfully moved large items around such as the oven, fridge and washing machine etc. left everything very tidy and gave good advice on cleaning and caring for the LVT. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend.
