  Single-storey extension

  Danny completed our single storey extension. From our first meeting, the clear, detailed quote & drawings, we knew we wanted him to do the work. Our numerous questions were answered with patience & professionalism. Communication was good, we were kept well-informed, with a weekly breakdown of work completed & costs. This job was not without its challenges, but Danny had a solution for every issue & dealt with building control for us. Danny has the same level of attention to detail as we do, & the care that was taken was reassuring. We are very happy & would not hesitate to recommend Danny.

  Garage Conversion

  We can't thank Danny & the Team at Constructek enough for our garage conversion. Throughout the Project, Danny & his team have been amazing & a joy to have in our home. After each day, one of the Team would ensure the premises was left clean n tidy. Danny handled everything from the get-go. The standard of the work is second to none & the attention to detail was impressive, even down to the Brick Match that he managed to source. Even more impressive was the fact that we completed on schedule/budget. We would highly recommend Danny and the Constructek team for any kind of Building work.

  I had a new sitting room built with bi-fold doors and a patio.

  Danny is a very pleasant builder and he understands good building practice. He has great technical skills and his problem solving abilities are spot on. He kept within budget and I am very pleased with the work he has done. I highly recommend him.

  Excellent workmanship and value for money. Turned up promptly and tidied up any mess. The build went smoothly and Danny was a pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Rear 4m x 6m extension

  Danny and his team are amazing. Right from the time we decided to go ahead with the work Danny was with us the whole way. Helping and advising with the initial plans and building control. His quality of workmanship is exceptional and I felt I could totally trust Danny to do the right thing for the build. Danny provided weekly updates in terms of costs and a clear breakdown of each payment required and what for. I was dubious about trusting a builder but I can hand in heart say Danny was the best and would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
