    Fitting kitchen and underfloor heating

    Posted 20 May 2024

After we were committed he greatly inflated costs which we had to live with. When work virtually complete, he emailed to say no more costs and a week later issued another invoice for additional 5% on the whole amount without justification. Some of the work was of a good standard but other including failure in levelling work surfaces and not installing underfloor heating to the standard recommeded area were not good and not fixed.

Convert exterior building into storage space/workshop

    Posted 11 April 2023

It was a complicated project which included digging out an earth floor by hand, installing RSJs and supports for the roof, laying a damp-proof membrane and reinforced concrete floor, fitting custom-made hardwood double doors and supplying power and lighting from the main house. Jeremy did all the preparatory research, including consulting engineers, and kept me updated at every stage . He is professional, friendly and extremely reliable.

Garage contents protected with dust sheets. Site kept and left very clean and tidy. We were thoroughly briefed on all aspects of this work, including where the wall would be cut and how a steel lintel with red oxide finish would be installed above the door frame to support the brick work above the door, maintaining the integrity of the building - important in a double garage shared with our...
