Our company VGAAS UK LTD (Constructwise is trading name), was formed in the year 2010 by RIPPEN SAROYA. Rippen originally worked as a project manager on various construction projects, gaining experience and in depth knowledge till he left in 2010. As a company, the AIM always has been QUALITY, BUDGET and STRESS FREE PROCESS.

To ensure the QUALITY of work, we have in-house skilled teams to deliver the whole project from start to finish. ON top of the working team, there will be a project manager checking the work on daily basis and reporting progress to clients. The project managers have wealth of experience and design ideas that they will be sharing with clients to help them design their Loft or extension space. We work with clients and let them make design decisions rather than going with a closed mind approach. We believe that client satisfaction is the best result for us and we adapt the design changes to guarantee that our client is happy at the end.

Being a small company with not a lot of overheads, we pass our savings to the clients. We understand that every family has a budget and would not like surprises during the process of the works, hence we always provide correct and fixed prices in the beginning and always stick to that price. Our clients are given a Portal on our website where they can track daily progress of their project, make comments and be in control of the process. All work has a 10 year structural warranty. We always go back to our customers if any problem occurs years down the line. Majority of our work is recommended through our existing clients which speaks volumes for our company.
