  Exceptional workmanship and total pricing transparency

  We recently Construvida to carry out extensive renovation work across our kitchen, living room, and downstairs bedroom. From start to finish, they have been the best traders we have ever dealt with. Two things really set them apart: Communication: Absolutely outstanding. We were kept in the loop every single day, and they were incredibly easy to reach. Financial Transparency: Before any work started, they provided a complete, itemized estimate. There were absolutely no hidden extras or surprises at the end. I will be upfront: they are not cheap, but they don't perform cheap work.

  Complete ground floor renovation: kitchen, living room, laundry, and custom joinery.

  Hiring this team was the best decision.they completely renovated our entire ground floor, transforming our kitchen , living room and adding an extra bedroom. they also fixed our laundry leaks and added insulation with impeccable results. Plus, they built a fantastic custom closet under the stairs that fits everything perfectly. The material quality is top-notch. We lived there with our two children during the renovation, and they were exceptional considerate, treating our home and family with such care. They are the best professional I've ever work with, fast, clean and trustworthy. 10/10!

They took full responsibility for the entire process and managed the project proactively and professionally.   Kitchen extension and bathroom renovations

  Ilirjan, Shpresim and their team were excellent from day 1. I had different quotes for my extension but no others were as comprehensive, and whilst theirs was slightly more expensive, the detail in the quote demonstrated they know what they’re doing and I would be getting quality work. They exceeded my expectations in terms of their high standards and work ethic, and as someone doing the project solo, their expertise and advice was appreciated throughout. Everything was completed to a very high standard because they genuinely care about their work. I won’t hesitate to use them for future jobs

  Extension, full house renovation

  Ilirjan and the team were excellent. They worked quickly to a high standard and clearly cared about the results of thier work throughtout the project. The communication throughout the project was good, we knew what to expect and questions were responded to quickly. When small unexpected items came up the level of practical probelm solving was great. They gave us honest advice and were helpful from start to finish. The timeframe and scope they gave us were pretty spot on over a 4 month period. Overall would highly recommend Ilirjan and his team.

  I’m very happy with the work they did on my home. They built an extension and everything turned out just as I imagined—well finished, clean, and using good quality materials.
