I used contact solar due to the reasonable price and good reviews, as it was a large purchase I had a reasonable amount of apprehension as I did not know the company. Ultimately I chose them as they did not require any money up front. I need not have worried. The communication was good from the start with each person describing what they would do and what would happen next. The scaffolders were prompt and polite, the installation team were the same. From Bad to outstanding!
Having had an awful experience with another company, Contact Solar took over the books and delivered the goods. The speed an quality at which they worked is incredible! Solar Panel and Battery Installation
The experience I have had with Contact Solar has been excellent. My solar kit has been in place now for over a week and I am very happy with the outcome. I feel I have been looked after by a team of professional hard working, decent people delivering an excellent service from start to finish. Communication from everyone I spoke to at their office was excellent throughout. Phone calls are always answered and you always get an email response to any queries. The quality of the workmanship itself appears to be top notch. Again, very competent, hard-working, honest guys.

Fitting batteries for solar panels
"We paid a deposit for batteries in January 2022. After many excuses and when we were about to go to the Small Claims Court this company, Tanrec, went into administration. Contact Solar picked up their order book, we understand 900 customers and fitted our batteries within 3 weeks, time required for the necessary permissions and details to be processed. They were cheaper than the original quote by almost £200. To say we are pleased is an understatement after all the hassle we have had over almost 18 months. If you want to keep your electricity bills down, look nowhere else.Theydonot advertise
