Grahame came to my property to view some blown windows in my conservatory, measured and quoted straight away. After a few weeks he sent another person round to fit them. One was replaced and the others had been measured incorrectly so had to be reordered. After a few text messages saying he had ordered them, all contact stopped. He did not answer anymore of my text messages, emails or voice messages I left on his answerphone and the job is still incomplete. After reading positive reviews of this company I am disappointed to have been left in this predicament.

Similar to another reviewer conycare came out to look at a job, we agreed a price and a timescale but unfortunately they didn’t come back and nothing heard further from them, despite leaving message to contact me.

Grahame and his colleagues did an excellent job, dismantling the old conservatory and erecting the new one. I am very pleased with it. It gives an excellent view of the garden and my relatives are very impressed with it.

I was recommended to Conycare by another contractor. Grahame came out to look at the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He also went to another neighbour who I gave his name who was considering putting a solid roof on his conservatory. The weather was not good so he told me he would return and do the job. The weather improved, Grahame didn't contact me. I kept trying to contact him by email and 'phone, he cut me off on the 'phone and refused to reply to emails. Still waiting to hear from him!

Brilliant job and has given our conservatory a new lease of life. Extremely professional.. Would certainly recommend this company.

The lads where amazing, job was done to the highest standards. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
