    Our project entailed the addition of an annexe to existing buildings and remodelling of the ground floor. The job was never going to be straightforward but Sam and his team got to grips with the complexities and offered helpful suggestions right the way through. They stayed focused on the job right to the end including snaggings. This was a sizeable project which needed an experienced professional to handle and we are pleased we select a firm capable of the task. More than happy to recommend Cook and Lock.

    Cooke and Locke came to help us after we were let down by another builder, and we are so happy with their work that we are now using them again. The team went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was ready in time for Christmas and also were great at sorting problems out (not caused by them!) as they went along. The standard of work was high and this is why we have decided to use them again for more work on our property. The team were very professional, friendly and would highly recommend. They really are stars and we are very happy with the work they have carried out! ?
