Still waiting for new Gas Landlord Certificate and invoice, since the inspection 28.5.24. I have sent emails and leaving phone messages. Very unprofessional. Needs sorting.

Needed new boiler to replace old failed unit. Quote and supply/firing was carried out with excellent workmanship and cleanliness. Very pleased with result.

Punctual, courteous, professional and helpful

Took a little time to get an appointment. However, we had a system problem, and as a result Cooks arranged a prompt visit from an engineer. Issue was resolved and a service carried out at the same time. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the service received

Aaron identified the problem right away and ordered parts. When the system shut off shortly after repair Aaron came back out immediately and sorted things, and he showed us how to reset. Has been working perfectly since then. In the future, we will always call upon Cooks for plumbing.

Technician arrived at the time expected. Professional and courteous at all times and left the house as he found it. Would recommend to anyone.
