    New PVC back door

    The lock on our back door jammed so that we were unable to open it. Phil Cook responded promptly to our plea for help. He came immediately to assess measure, and then order a replacement door which was fitted on 18 December 2024. It was an efficient and well done job and we are delighted with new door. Everything was done in just a couple of weeks and fitted in before Christmas!

    Window, 2 French doors, sky lantern & knock-through

    We were let down at the very last minute by a previous builder, they were going to help out with all of this. I had to scramble around to find someone, but everyone was busy with such short notice. Phil managed to shuffle jobs around and called me back, saying he could do the job. We were so relieved at such short notice. They did a great job and it was astonishing to see how quickly the doors and windows were done. They assembled the sky lantern like a jigsaw puzzle, but with years of experience you could tell he has done them many times before. Thank you so much for helping us!

    Fantastic service for replacement front door, fascias & soffits and french doors

    We recently had Cooks Windows come and install fascias & soffits, replacement front door and replacement patio french doors. All work was completed to an extremely good standard and we were kept well in the loop throughout the whole process. Phil's enthusiasm for what he does was what originally convinced us to use his services and he didn't disappoint. Phil really cares about doing a good job and providing better workmanship than anyone else. He certainly delivers this, and all whilst providing competitive pricing. Won't hesitate to recommend or use again in future.

    Our window fitters did a excellent job. They were on time, very efficient, clean and tidy. They were also very courtious and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them. The price was also extremely reasonable.

    New windows,front door, fascias, guttering, soffics

    Would highly recomend. Good price, proffesional, friendly, tidy and very pleased with the end result. Had alot done, bay windows, doors, cladding, soffits,fascias and guttering completed in 7 days over 2 weeks and a supply of custard creams.
