I contacted Cool Dudes Construction regarding a leakage coming from either one of two bathrooms to the living room, they investigated the issue and suggested retiling the entire toilet/ bathroom *2 and changing the materials to support these. They gave a discount but the materials and labour was still costly, it looked good after they did the work unfortunately after a year plus the leakage continued, I have contacted them several times to kindly come and have a look to ascertain what the issue is to no avail. Although they are polite, based on the outcome, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
