Superb work! Initial survey was very informative and help me decide the best setup for my needs. Julian installed 5.2kw multi-room AC for two rooms. Survey 1 day, Installation 2 days. Electrical work for power supply not included; This was difficult to arrange and I hope he finds a way to include this in his installation so customers dont need to deal with it. Post-installation instructions are also helpful, I manage to add the ACs into the App aswell as to Alexa. Would recommend A++.

The engineer was really polite and very efficient. He managed to install the air conditioning in around 4 hours. I have been using it the last 5 days and it os wonderful.

Contacted Julian about a multi-split system: two units cooling poorly and a third leaking from the condensate pump. Quick response, clear upfront quote, and booked me in the same day. Professional and thorough on arrival. Turned out the cooling was down to my configuration rather than a fault, and the leak was likely the pump cutting out from overheating — he explained to just let it cool before restarting. Honest enough to say nothing was wrong rather than invent a problem. Fair pricing, punctual and trustworthy. Would happily use again and recommend
