Contacted Julian about a multi-split system: two units cooling poorly and a third leaking from the condensate pump. Quick response, clear upfront quote, and booked me in the same day. Professional and thorough on arrival. Turned out the cooling was down to my configuration rather than a fault, and the leak was likely the pump cutting out from overheating — he explained to just let it cool before restarting. Honest enough to say nothing was wrong rather than invent a problem. Fair pricing, punctual and trustworthy. Would happily use again and recommend

Everything required was done well from booking, confirmation attendance. advisory given as relevant to the job in a very professional and transparent manner. Work smartly completed with time and due care taken even when I could see the unit has been wrongly installed which made Work difficult for the engineer.
