  Fantastic team to work with - highly recommend!

  From the very outset of having them come out to see us, I was so impressed. They were the only company who offered a ballpark figure on the spot, which turned out to be pretty accurate. We added a few bits on and took a few bits off the build and were kept up to date with the revised cost. More than that though, they were so efficient, quick and kept us in the loop with their progress (special thanks to our PM Stuart). Their work is really high quality and nothing seemed like too much trouble, like changing a few details and asking to re-do little bits. I highly recommend the team at CL!

  Trustworthy and excellent workmanship

  Truly exceptional workmanship, speed, and quality from a team of the highest calibre. As with any building project, a few issues arose, but these were resolved swiftly and without drama, with excellent communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile. I’m delighted with the result — it surpassed my expectations. They couldn’t have excelled more if they tried. A class act.

  Best in the business

  After speaking with several companies we chose Cool Lofts for our loft conversion and installation of a new ensuite. From start to finish they were exceptional.   Excellent quality loft conversion. Highly recommended company.

  Cool lofts did a loft conversion for our 1910 Edwardian house creating a large bedroom and en suite bathroom to a very high standard. Work was undertaken with minimal disruption with all trade teams being tidy and clear communication throughout the project. Quote provided by Rich and Will was accurate and completed within the timeframe estimated. Adjustments to the project were discussed with their project manager which both saved money and provided more options for the finish. We are really pleased with how they worked and the finished project.

  Outstanding Loft Conversion from Professional Skilled Team

  Cool Home Improvements delivered an outstanding loft conversion, transforming our loft into a stunning bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. Stuart, Dan, and Lee showed real craftsmanship, with excellent coordination from Rich, Will, and the wider team. Every stage, from structural works through to the new staircase and en-suite, was handled efficiently and to a high standard. Communication was excellent and the house was kept tidy.   Brilliant team, amazing service

  The company has been amazing from start to finish. Well organised - each tradesperson who was scheduled to arrive did so. Had a planned 8-9 week build - finished few days earlier than 8 weeks! We asked for a few extras to be added on such as soffits, guttering, extra plastering, doors, and it was no problem at all. The staged payments were as detailed in the quote with no hidden cost (other than what we had agreed). Would definitely recommend the company!
