    Fixed my washing machine.

    Really lovely man, very polite and waited and checked my machine was working before he left. Also said all work comes with a 12 month guarantee.

    Bosch washing machine not draining

    Derek was fantastic helping me the day after calling My washing machine was not draining so I thought my drainage motor was broken but my machine was bunged up with limescale & excess powder & debris caused by my outlet pipes not being correctly positioned a few meters away. This had caused drainage difficulties. Derek is very tenacious looking at everything v quickly & speedily identifying issues & then repairing things. He also gave me excellent advice on how best to avoid limescale build up & drainage problems ongoing plus advice for great machines for next purchases. Excellent value too.

    Washing machine stuck in rinse cycle and not draining

    Derek was very friendly, thorough and it was obvious he knew about washing machines like the back of his hand. Cannot fault the quality of his work and he was reasonably priced as well. I would have no qualms in recommending him to others.

    Diagnosing an integrated microwave/oven fault

    Thoroughly recommended service - Coombes had arranged a visit next day to quickly diagnose the problems with our integrated microwave and oven (only 2.5 years old). Gave a clear and honest quote for fixing capacitor/magnetron and gave us all the options including replacing the whole unit. We are still deciding what to do but appreciated the prompt and friendly support.
