  Garage conversion and fitting new kitchen

  Simon has just completing knocking through and converting our garage into a fantastic kitchen diner. Once the building work was completed he then fitted our kitchen to a very high standard. All the trades involved also work to this very high standard. He was respectful of our property and left the site as tidy as possible each night and kept us informed as to what was happening and when. Having done this many times he made suggestions based on his previous experience which was incredibly helpful to us. We have used him in the past and would not hesitate to use him for future work.

  Replacing old bannister with new oak spindles, hand rail and oak veneer posts

  Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail to replace our 1970 pine bannister with solid oak spindles, handrails and newel caps. The newel posts were boxed in with mdf and hand veneered with white oak veneer. If we hadn't seen it done you wouldn't know that it wasn't solid oak. It has really set the stairs off and is a great feature in the hallway stair area, thank you.

  Hanging full house of new oak doors, replacing skirting and architrave

  We were new to the area and relied on Checkatrade to find tradesmen to do the renovations on our house. We hit the jackpot with Simon! He has hung 11 oak doors, fitted all the handles and latches precisely. He replaced all the skirtings and architrave throughout the house which required repairing and modifying the walls due to the previous bad fitting. We are extremely pleased with his work which has improved the house immensely. We have already booked him to do further work for us, and highly recommend him, not only for his work but his cheerful personality and respect for our home

  Renovation of ensuite shower room

  We were new to the area and luckily found Simon! Our 1970's ensuite was in a very poor state but is now a beautiful, spacious shower room. During the rip out, multiple leaks were found which meant the floor and a stud wall had to be rebuilt. This was an extra cost which couldn't have been forseen, but Simon suggested the most cost effective way of doing it which also made the room bigger and allowed the door to open inwards. He also laid the LVT floor, fitted a composite worktop and ensured other trades arrived in correct order. We have already booked him for the rest of the renovations!

  Replacement bathroom with additional shower cubicle

  We were new to the area and relied on Checkatrade to find tradesmen to do the renovations on our house. We hit the jackpot with Simon and his team! Our 1970's bathroom was a tricky size but it has become a wonderful family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Simon did the ripping out and carpentry work as well as laying the LVT floor and composite worktop fitting. He co-ordinated all the other works required and ensured everything happened in the correct order. We have already booked him for the rest of the renovations! I would highly recommend him and his team, thank you.
