Jason Cooper was the 3rd roofer I approached for advice and an estimate. He was the only one who thoroughly investigated the problems. The other two firms did not even go into the loft, only put their head above the hatch. Condensation was identified and soffit vents were installed. Afterwards he also found problems with the chimney and the area close to it and, carried out repairs. The work was carried out efficiently and with skill. He also completed a few other jobs, which contractors had left unsatisfactory in the recent past. His skill, help and, expertise were invaluable.

I managed to get through straight away and arranged for an inspection of the problem. This was all done in a couple of days and I was impressed. The only thing was they didn’t get back to me until the Monday of the following week, by which time the work had already been carried out ! I would recommend, but perhaps make sure a conversation takes place as soon as the visit is undertaken. I know it doesn’t help that I am remote, but a quick call wouldn’t have gone amiss.

Was so pleased to find Jason and his cherry picker to repair the lead on my bay roof. He arrived when he said he would, gave me a reasonable quote and offered to do the job there and then. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing in terms of the repair, and as he came with a cherry picker it meant I didn't have to get expensive scaffolding. I'm very happy to recommend him to others.
