We had an issue where our front door was failing to lock. Talked to Steve first on the phone and he quickly identified the problem. When he arrived and checked the door the issue was confirmed, but unfortunately he didn't have the specific gearbox our door required. Luckily he managed to find a supplier next day, and turned up the morning after (on a Saturday) to complete the work. The gearbox was expensive, but we are glad to have our door working again and appreciate Steve's work and effort in getting the part for us. Communication throughout was good and the door is working better than ever
